The design studies carried out by Emre Arolat Architecture and Tabanlıoğlu Architecture Joint Venture Group, which were selected from 117 companies participating in the Zorlu Center Architecture and Urban Design Competition, started in 2007. The project, whose construction was completed in 2013, includes a residence, office, hotel (Raffles Istanbul), shopping center and performing arts center (Zorlu PSM).
